Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an AI Change Analyst to own how changes move through Gallagher's AI portfolio. You will manage intake, impact assessment, approval, scheduling, deployment, and post-implementation review for RAG pipelines, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio agents, and M365 Copilot integrations.

You will collaborate with AI developers, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure traceability, compliance, and quick delivery through integrated tooling and environment approvals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT change management, release management, or change control in software delivery.
• Knowledge of change enablement: risk classification, standard/normal/emergency changes, approvals, calendars, rollback, post‑implementation review.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps Boards and Pipelines; link work to code and deployments; YAML familiarity.
• Able to read PRs and pipeline logs to understand changes and impacts.
• Proven ability to track high volume of concurrent changes across projects and stakeholders.
• Strong written communication for change records and approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems/CS/Business.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and lifecycle of change requests across AI projects and production systems.
• Assess impact, risk, and schedule; route to appropriate approvers.
• Treat AI model/version, prompts, and knowledge changes as changes needing evaluation evidence.
• Run change process, prepare evidence for approvers, and maintain change calendar.
• Coordinate changes across projects to avoid conflicts and outages.
• Configure environments and approvals in Azure DevOps; ensure traceability.
• Manage emergency changes and post-implementation reviews.
• Represent AI changes in Gallagher's enterprise IT change process.
• Report on change health and maintain audit-ready change records.
• Maintain accurate AI system inventory as changes land.
