Job summary

NiCE is building SPARK, a new internal incubation team turning AI ideas into enterprise tools. You will lead the people side of SPARK, preparing teams for change, building AI confidence and skills, and driving adoption across regions.

You will demo, teach, and partner with project managers, analysts, architects, HR, and sales enablement to ensure a successful rollout and ongoing value realization for CX International.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Organisational Development, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12-18 years of experience in change management, transformation, or enablement
• Proven record of leading change for technology rollouts across regions
• Strong knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter certification, or equivalent
• Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and related platforms
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Assess change impact and readiness for each SPARK solution and map stakeholders
• Serve as the primary on-the-ground team leader for SPARK initiatives
• Build and run change, communications, and rollout plans for global launches
• Address resistance with clear, consistent messaging
• Design and deliver role-based training and enablement content
• Be the evangelist, demoing and teaching SPARK solutions
• Define adoption measures and report progress to sponsors
