Florida Blue is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to design and implement a comprehensive information security program, defining policies, processes and standards while ensuring security configurations are maintained across our IT environment.

With 5+ years in IT or cybersecurity, a related bachelor’s degree, and key certifications, you will partner with IT and business teams to assess risks, address vulnerabilities, support security architecture, and drive compliance across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years related work experience in an IT related field or equivalent IT, IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity work experience
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
• CISSP, CYSA+, CISA, CRISC, CISM or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications or equivalent
• Knowledge of information security principles, including risk assessment and management, threat and vulnerability management, incident response and identity and access management
• Knowledge of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and associated network protocols and concepts
• Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, protocols and standards (including TCP/IP)
• Experience developing, documenting and maintaining security procedures
• Operating systems and security applications knowledge; basic network tools familiarity
• Leadership abilities and ability to work under stress; strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, learn from mistakes and build customer relationships
• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a changing environment
• High critical thinking skills to align solutions with business objectives and strategy
• Preferred qualifications include security certifications and Agile experience

Aufgaben

• Liaise with IT and business partners to identify, understand, document and advise on security requirements, impacts and risks
• Provide cybersecurity requirements and recommendations focusing on Core AI architectures and AWS/Azure cloud designs
• Analyze, propose and implement solutions for residual risk and vulnerabilities
• Participate in IT projects to ensure security considerations are addressed throughout the lifecycle
• Participate in initiatives to identify, select and implement technical controls
• Develop information security processes, policies and procedures; advise on SLAs and maintain controls
• Research, evaluate and recommend information security hardware/software with business cases
• Lead audit-related initiatives, data collection, progression tracking, assessment and remediation
• Assist and support the development of security architecture
