Job summary

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is seeking an Information Security Analyst to manage enterprise security operations, governance and programs from Little Rock. The role emphasizes policy guidance, incident response support, identity management, and security testing across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of IT security experience with familiarity with major frameworks and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field or five years’ relevant experience.
• Five years’ IT security experience with a complex system technology.
• Knowledge of at least one major security framework (HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, NIST, COBIT, ITL).

Responsibilities

• Guides data security policy across data classification, storage, transmission and lifecycle.
• Oversees network security provisioning, monitoring, incident response coordination and changes.
• Manages Identity and Access across all accounts; conducts entitlement reviews and audits.
• Implements enterprise security controls and contributes to risk management programs.
• Supports Security Architecture, Assessment and Testing, and Operations activities.
• Ensures SDLC/security compliance for internally developed software.
