Job summary

GuideWell's Florida Blue division seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to design and implement information security programs, policies, and standards. You will partner with IT and business units to document requirements and manage security projects throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include assessing risks, defining controls, and guiding cloud security in AWS/Azure, while maintaining security architectures and incident response readiness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of information security principles, risk assessment and management.
• Understanding of threat and vulnerability management and incident response.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to all audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business partners to define security requirements.
• Provide security requirements for Core AI architectures and cloud designs (AWS/Azure).
• Assess residual risk and implement security controls to mitigate exposures.
• Participate in IT projects to address security throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Lead audit-related initiatives, data collection, and remediation tracking.
