Job summary

Florida Blue Group seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to develop and implement a comprehensive information security program, including policies, processes, and standards, while performing audit assessments to ensure security configurations are maintained.

You will collaborate with IT and business partners to define security requirements, address risks, and lead security initiatives across Core AI architectures and cloud designs (AWS/Azure). Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, IT Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Required security certifications such as CISSP, CYSA+, CISA, CRISC or CISM.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, and access management.
• Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with IT and business partners to identify security requirements and risks.
• Provide cybersecurity requirements and recommendations for cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
• Analyze and mitigate remaining risks and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in IT projects to address security throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing technical controls.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and SLAs.
• Research and propose security investments and related business cases.
• Lead audit-related initiatives and manage data collection and remediation.
