Job summary
AbbVie seeks a Senior Business Systems Engineer AI Capability Lead to guide AI initiatives within Medical Affairs and Health Impact. You will own the integrated MHI AI technology roadmap, collaborate with BRMs, architects, and delivery teams, and translate business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions across AbbVie platforms and governance structures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ experience; OR Master's Degree with 7 years’ experience; OR PhD with 3 years’ experience.
- Relevant experience in business systems engineering, technology capability leadership, or related IT roles.
- Experience translating business problems into technology capabilities and roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration with BRMs, architects, and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand business drivers, system needs, and AI opportunities.
- Identify process improvements, reuse opportunities, and risk areas in technology and data.
