Job summary

Netwoven is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive growth and ensure successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Applications and Applied AI solutions. You will advise clients, lead ERP consolidation and multi-entity migrations, and guide delivery with global teams in the US and India, while pursuing new business opportunities.

The role demands strong consulting, functional/technical, project management, and sales skills to manage engagements from discovery to delivery and ongoing account

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in an independent, boutique, or large firm.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and translate needs to solutions.
• Project management using Scrum/Agile principles to manage estimates, tasks, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from opportunity identification through solution strategy and delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, sales, solution architects, and distributed delivery teams (US/India).
• Develop roadmaps, estimates, and proposals; manage ERP consolidation, migration, and BI projects.
