Job summary
Western Alliance Bank seeks an AI Business Engineer to blend coaching, analysis, and hands-on AI development. You will identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, prototype solutions, and translate business needs into implementable AI capabilities using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Azure.
The role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, rapid experimentation, and ongoing learning about banking processes and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, cloud platforms, rapid prototyping tools.
- Awareness of Agentic AI space including LLMs and Agents.
- Good understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Full stack development skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coach business stakeholders on AI usage in daily operations.
- Assist in design and development of engineering projects.
- Conduct research and data gathering for planning and execution.
- Prepare technical docs, reports, and presentations; support testing and validation of code.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions and build PoCs using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot and Azure.
