Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned HR technology leader to partner with HR COEs, optimize Workday with AI capabilities, and drive AiMEE deployments globally.

You translate business needs into technical AI requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and align enterprise architecture with GIS and data-science partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR COEs to identify AI use cases across HR
• Evaluate AI features in the Workday stack and recommend enhancements
• Provide ongoing support for AiMEE chatbot and ensure relevance and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AiMEE use cases
• Lead AI pilot deployments across countries and guide global scalability
• Serve as liaison between COEs, GIS, and data sciences teams for HR tech solutions
• Coordinate with GIS and external vendors for feasibility and architecture alignment
• Partner with Data Analytics to develop HR analytics models using Workday data
• Monitor Workday releases and AI trends to drive improvements and innovations
• Support planning, testing, and deployment of AI and automation initiatives

Job description

• Partner with HR COEs to identify AI use cases across HR
• Evaluate AI features in the current technology stack and recommend enhancements to employee experience and process optimization
• Provide ongoing support for the AiMEE chatbot, ensuring functionality, relevance, and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new AiMEE use cases
• Lead and support AiMEE pilot deployments across countries, gathering feedback and refining the experience for global scalability
• Serve as strategic liaison between COEs, GIS, and data sciences teams to deliver employee-experience technology solutions
• Collaborate with GIS and external vendors to ensure technical feasibility and enterprise-architecture alignment
• Partner with Data Analytics to develop and validate HR analytics models using Workday data
• Monitor Workday releases and AI trends to recommend enhancements and innovations

Requirements
