Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support digital transformation, process optimization, and AI-driven business initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI, low-code technologies, and automation solutions to drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis experience with exposure to modern Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code platforms. This role will play a key part in helping the organization evaluate, implement, and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, streamline business processes, and enhance decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems, IT, Operations, Systems Analysis, or related business support roles
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Experience with business process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation tools
• Experience facilitating technical conversations between business and technology teams
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot/Codex, or similar automation platforms
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional environments
• Manufacturing or industrial operations experience
• Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled business solutions
• Experience with Power Automate workflow automation
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for custom AI assistant development
• Strong understanding of business process optimization and functional requirements management
• Experience working within Agile software development environments and the SDLC
• Experience presenting recommendations to various levels of leadership
• Experience with process modeling tools and languages
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
