Job summary

Perfict is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive AI and automation initiatives across the full project lifecycle. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and AI use cases, collaborate with stakeholders, and support UAT and rollout in an Agile environment.

You will work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to deliver measurable process improvements and robust analytics. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience on AI-related projects or implementations.
• Practical experience with RPA technologies (UiPath or Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise application integrations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SDLC, UAT, requirements management, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, ML, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI and automation initiatives across the project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and end users to define requirements and support SDLC activities.
• Facilitate UAT, coordinate defect resolution, validate solutions, and assist with user adoption and rollout activities.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend opportunities for AI, RPA, workflow automation, or process optimization.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
• Perform solution testing and validation with a focus on functionality, data accuracy, integration, compliance, and production readiness.
• Document business processes, system requirements, integration details, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Work within Agile environments and participate in requirements sessions, sprint activities, backlog discussions, and project ceremonies.
• Present technical concepts and AI capabilities in a clear manner to business users and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with automation platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere to support automated business processes.
• Convert business needs into functional requirements, AI use cases, workflow designs, process documentation, and Salesforce-related specifications.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure AI and automation initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with software development lifecycle processes, UAT, requirements management, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong ability to convert business problems into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
