Job summary

Brillio is seeking an AI Builder to act as the speed and execution engine for real-world AI projects. You’ll work with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and scale successful prototypes into production systems.

You will collaborate with enterprise clients, leverage Claude-based tools, and drive end-to-end AI delivery from idea to impact, balancing governance and delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience with end-to-end AI solution delivery.
• Healthcare domain exposure a plus (FHIR/HL7, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly.
• Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool.
• Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI coding tools.
• Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
• Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions; partner with stakeholders to discover and define problems.
• Demonstrate working solutions regularly and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while maintaining delivery momentum.

The Role

As an AI Builder, you'll be the speed and execution engine of the team. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and then help turn successful prototypes into scalable production systems.

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot
• Generative AI & Agentic AI
• RAG architectures
• AI agents & workflow automation
