Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer-facing role.
• 1+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Python/JS/Java and modern web architectures (React, REST, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompts, and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders.
• Guide agentic reasoning design, prompt engineering, and tool calls with rigor.
• Oversee Grad Builder Program strategy, project matching, and milestones.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to attract CS talent.
• Translate technical work into measurable business value for customers.
