Job summary

Trulioo seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement & AI Intelligence Automation Lead to drive enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation across the Transformation Office.

You will partner with business leaders to build ROI-driven business cases, set a governance framework, and deliver measurable impact while balancing strategic roadmap with hands-on delivery. Hybrid role in San Diego, with remote option for right candidate.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in continuous improvement, automation leadership, or transformation roles.
• Proven success leading process redesign and measurable performance gains.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools listed above.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and intelligent automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Map current-state processes across multiple functions.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and scalability constraints.
• Redesign workflows to improve cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure performance.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement through training.
