Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to lead AI pilot initiatives, design production-grade automations, and govern Power Platform solutions across multiple departments. The role blends hands-on coding with stakeholder training and governance to ensure secure, adopted AI tools.

You will drive tool standards, document pilots, and present ROI and risks to leadership while collaborating with IT, Administration, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business apps, automation, data engineering, or AI/ML enablement.
• Experience leading AI or automation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong MS 365 fluency and integration across tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI pilot roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Establish standards for tools, prompts, data handling, and governance.
• Architect production-grade automations using Python, Docker, and serverless platforms.
• Lead training sessions and act as a technical reference for staff.
• Evaluate AI tools and perform build-versus-buy analyses with ROI and risk.
