Job summary

Infor is seeking a Principal Technical Solution Consultant to partner with customers, sales, and internal teams to translate AI, automation, and data insights into measurable business value. You will guide strategy, prototype AI solutions, and demonstrate end-to-end architectures across cloud and data platforms.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, governance, and working across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and human capital domains to drive production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, AI assistants, and LLMs for effective AI utilization.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic business processes across enterprise systems.
• Experience with ML fundamentals and model evaluation in enterprise data.
• Proficiency in Python or other languages, SQL, REST APIs, and SDKs to build/troubleshoot prototypes.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, or AWS Kiro.
• Experience with automation and integration tools—iPaaS, RPA, APIs, data synchronization in end-to-end processes.
• Data foundations for AI—data lakes, pipelines, vectors, analytics/dashboards.
• Experience with Responsible AI—bias testing, governance, privacy, human oversight.
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes and communicate to engineers and executives.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship; willing to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions tying business objectives to AI, ML, and automation opportunities.
• Build, configure, and demonstrate working prototypes including AI agents and chat-based experiences.
• Deliver transformative demonstrations and workshops highlighting both technical architecture and business cases.
• Apply business domain knowledge to conversations, shaping processes across functions like supply chain and finance.
• Architect end-to-end target-state solutions spanning integration, data, and cloud for AI readiness.
• Maintain Responsible AI standards including governance, security, and human oversight.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to capture customer insights for roadmaps.
• Maintain knowledge of AI landscape including foundation models and agent frameworks.
