Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI-enabled engineering capabilities across aero engine and propulsion programs. You will productionize multimodal AI, ground capabilities in turbomachinery engineering, and lead technical delivery across design, simulation, test, manufacturing, and sustainment.

The role requires a strong background in Python and a systems language, deep DevSecOps/MLOps expertise, and experience with ITAR/export controls. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM major.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall engineering experience.
• Production AI/ML systems and end‑to‑end service delivery experience required throughout.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product build and release procedures and the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across teams.
• Productionize multimodal, agentic LLM and other AI solutions as robust, secure, scalable systems with great UX.
• Ground capabilities in aero engine engineering, integrating AI with CFD, FEA, and model‑based systems.
• Lead others to find creative solutions within complex engineering and production processes.
• Own the model and agent delivery lifecycle in production: data pipelines, CI/CD, containerized deployment, monitoring.
