Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks a Power Platform & AI Automation Engineer to translate discovery work into delivered application and automation products. You’ll work across Systems Strategy, UX, Data Analytics, and more, delivering pragmatic solutions with the Microsoft stack and Python-based AI tooling.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors, uphold secure coding practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in an agile environment at Idaho Falls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Level 3: Bachelor of Science in technical field with 5 years experience or Master’s with 2 years; Level 4: 9 years with related field.
• DOE Q clearance obtainable; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build features and services with C#/.NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Write integrations with Python and other systems.
• Craft responsive UIs with React, TypeScript, Bootstrap.
• Develop secure SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Participate in design reviews, backlog refinement, and sprints.
