Job summary

Micron Technology in Idaho City seeks a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications that support Autonomous Operations. This role owns the full development lifecycle, from data pipelines and AI models to APIs, web interfaces, digital twins, and cloud/edge deployments for engineers, operators, and business leaders worldwide.

You will architect scalable AI solutions, optimize GPU workloads, and ensure responsible AI practices across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
5+ years building and deploying production web apps or AI solutions.
Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with data ingestion, ETL, feature engineering for AI/ML apps
Hands‑on with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
SQL and enterprise DB experience.

Responsibilities

Design, architect, and deliver end‑to‑end AI products incl. data pipelines, features, models, APIs and UI.
Build frontend apps with React/Angular/Streamlit and Python/FastAPI backends.
Develop scalable integrations between manufacturing systems, robotics, and enterprise apps.
Create digital twins using relevant platforms to support simulation and optimization.
Integrate LLMs and AI workflows into production manufacturing processes.
Deploy containerized apps via Docker/Kubernetes in cloud and edge environments.
