You will also construct and secure the data infrastructure linking the DMS, CRM, and data lake, forming the foundation for all applications.

This builder-first role emphasizes rapid prototyping with AI coding tools, secure deployment, and ownership from idea to production across stores.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical, automation-focused role.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with major AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable) and ability to pick the right tool for a given use case.
• Proven ability to code, build, and ship working applications with AI coding assistants; secure and maintain outputs.
• Experience with data-engineering concepts and integration of DMS, CRM, and data lakes; GitHub as version-control backbone.

Responsibilities

• AI Application & Agent Development: build internal apps and AI agents with a multi-vendor stack.
• Data Infrastructure & Secure Connections: unify DMS, CRM, and data lake connections with secure, governed pipelines.
• Automation & Integration Development: create automation workflows and API integrations across systems.
• AI Tool Lifecycle: evaluate tools, migrate when needed, and maintain multi-vendor stack.
• Training & Adoption: enable dealership staff with documentation and SOPs.
• Data & Reporting: build dashboards and monitor ROI.
• Security & Governance: manage access, encryption, and data privacy compliance.
