Job summary

Mauer Automotive Group is seeking an AI Integration & Automation Engineer to design and ship AI-powered internal apps, agents, and automated workflows across our dealer network. You will connect DMS, CRM, and a central data lake, enabling scalable AI solutions while ensuring security and governance.

You will prototype rapidly with AI coding tools, while maintaining production-quality code and governance, including CI/CD via GitHub.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical, analyst, or automation-focused role.
• Hands-on fluency with major AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable) and multi-vendor tool selection.
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications with coding assistants and secure, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Build internal applications, tools, and AI agents using a multi-vendor stack.
• Design and maintain secure connections between DMS, CRM, and data lake.
• Develop automation workflows and API integrations across stores.
• Own the AI tool stack lifecycle: evaluate, migrate, and maintain tools.
• Train staff and create simple docs for adoption.
