Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting seeks an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that integrate with ERP and other systems.

The role involves hands-on implementation and strategy, partnering with business and IT leaders to reduce manual effort and enable scalable growth across the organization. A builder mindset is essential, with fluency across architecture and practical deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/data science or related field
• 5+ years in solution architecture, ERP, analytics, automation, or technology transformation
• 3+ years hands-on AI, automation, intelligent agents, or decision-support
• Strong experience with Azure, M365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, Fabric
• Understanding of generative AI, APIs, cloud platforms and enterprise apps
• Track record of reducing manual work and improving reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture and lifecycle management across platforms (Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure AI, Gemini, Fabric)
• Architect on a new ERP implementation, embedding AI from day one
• Audit workflows across sales, logistics, finance, supply chain, and operations for automation
• Design, prototype, deploy, and support AI solutions including intelligent agents and AI-enabled analytics
• Build AI integrations across ERP, B2B/B2C platforms, legacy systems, APIs, and third-party tools
• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize AI use cases by value, feasibility, risk, and scalability
• Establish responsible AI practices around privacy, access control, compliance, and security
• Build dashboards and decision-support tools to improve visibility into KPIs
• Support adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

Job description

As an AI Solutions Architect, you'll be hands‑on in developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems and project-level applications. You'll play a lead role in a brand-new ERP rollout, building the AI foundation and integration strategy from the ground up. Working within a lean, global IT team and reporting directly to the IT Leader, you'll partner across business and technology teams to reduce manual effort, improve decision‑making, and support scalable growth, making this one of those rare opportunities where your work touches nearly every corner of the organization.

This is a builder's role: we're looking for someone who can move fluidly between architecture‑level strategy and hands‑on implementation, not a strategy‑only consultant or a pure researcher.

Location & Travel

• Remote
• Minnesota candidates preferred - hybrid commitment a plus
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Compensation

• $120,000-$140,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years in solution architecture, enterprise systems, ERP, analytics, automation, or technology transformation.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AI, generative AI, automation, intelligent agents, or decision‑support solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• A track record of reducing manual work, improving reporting, or increasing operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, able to connect AI work to real business outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Background in logistics, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or global trading.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, or ZoomInfo.
• Finance and supply chain KPI knowledge.
• Relevant AI, cloud, or automation certifications.
