Job summary

Brixmor Property Group in Conshohocken is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions that leverage LLMs and platforms like n8n, Databricks, Claude, Copilot, and Microsoft Foundry to drive operational efficiency and better decision-making.

You will report to the VP of IT and work in a hybrid schedule—three days in the office and two remote—participating in governance, prototyping, and scaling AI workflows while monitoring cost and performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in automation, software development, or AI tools.
• Hands-on with automation/pipeline tools such as Data Factory, n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and agents (Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, Fabric Studio).
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered workflows using n8n, APIs, and LLM platforms.
• Develop and optimize prompts for reliable outputs and agent behavior.
• Integrate enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls and AI governance guardrails.
• Prototype high-impact use cases and scale into production solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver projects in line with specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor performance, accuracy, and cost of AI workflows.

Job description

The AI Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions, leveraging large language models (LLMs), using platforms such as n8n, Databricks, Claude, CoPilot, and Microsoft Foundry to build agentic workflows that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Reporting Structure:

Aligned to: Decision Intelligence / AI function

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered workflows using tools such as n8n, APIs, and LLM platforms
