Job summary

Seward & Kissel LLP seeks an AI Solutions Automation Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven automation within the Microsoft 365 environment. You will lead Copilot‑based automation, including Studio agents, automated workflows, and SharePoint/OneDrive assets, while aligning with governance and security requirements.

Reporting to the Head of AI and Innovation, you will evolve from hands‑on builder to mentor, building scalable patterns and ensuring production‑grade quality across legal workflows

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, automation, or solutions architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 automation and extensibility, including Power Automate and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Experience delivering in regulated or compliance‑sensitive environments (e.g., professional services or financial services).
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, workflow design, and system integration.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑driven workflow automation using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Graph.
• Select and implement Microsoft 365 extensibility patterns based on requirements, data sources, and risk.
• Architect human‑in‑the‑loop automation with proper review and approval for regulated workflows.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and standards for scalable delivery.
• Design solutions that comply with firm policies and governance controls.
