Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a high-performing AI Automation Engineer to join our CS Operations – GTM Automation & AI team. Design, build, and evolve AI-driven applications and tools—chat assistants, workflow automations, and autonomous agents—for our post-sales revenue teams.

You’ll partner with AI Integration, Data, and Enablement to turn ideas into high-impact capabilities, delivering value to customers in a fast-paced environment and shaping the future of AI at Proofpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years professional experience with at least 2+ years in AI.
• Proven experience building AI applications with measurable results.
• Experience in GTM/post-sales functions such as Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Evolve AI chat assistants tailored to personas like CSM and Renewals.
• Design AI-driven workflow automations using enterprise platforms.
• Architect multi-agent AI systems optimized for performance and scale.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, and AWS.
