You will partner with business units to design and build automation, promote practical AI adoption, and contribute to the roadmap for modern workplace capabilities with a strong emphasis on governance and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience building automation solutions.
• Ability to translate non-technical requirements into automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools across IT.
• Consult with business units to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell, and Graph.
