Job summary
Chatham Financial in Denver seeks a Digital Workplace Engineer to advance AI, automation, and modern workplace capabilities across the IT organization. You will promote practical AI adoption, build self-service solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph, and partner with business units to solve process challenges.
You will stay current with AI tools, engage with vendors, drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related platforms, and help shape IT's AI
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in a similar role, building automation solutions and driving technology adoption.
- Exceptional communication and consulting skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and ability to champion adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell; familiarity with Entra ID is a plus.
- Experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) to real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a modern solution evangelist within IT, promoting AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools with a firmwide network.
- Consult with business units to identify automation opportunities and design solutions using Power Platform and scripting.
- Engage with vendors and the AI community to stay ahead of tools and best practices.
- Provide feedback to IT leadership to shape product and engineering decisions.
- Lead governance and best practices for citizen development and AI usage across platforms.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 suite and related tools with the Digital Workplace Services team.
- Take ownership of KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, and employee engagement.
