Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and consulting skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Hands-on experience developing with Power Platform, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph; familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a plus.
Experience applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) to business problems.

Responsibilities

Serve as a modern solution evangelist within IT, promoting AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools to employees.
Consult with business units to identify automation opportunities and design/build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph.
Engage with vendors and the AI community to stay ahead of tooling and best practices and bring new capabilities to the firm.
Provide feedback to IT leadership to shape strategic product and engineering decisions.
Champion governance and best practices for citizen development and AI usage across the Power Platform and beyond.
