Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking a Digital Workplace Service Engineer to drive AI and automation initiatives across the firm. You will partner with the IT network to promote practical AI usage with Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform, and scripting to build self-service solutions for employees.

You will consult with business units, design automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell, and contribute to IT's AI strategy and roadmap while maintaining governance across the platform.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in a similar role with automation experience.
Excellent communication and consulting skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and Power Platform tools.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph; Entra ID familiarity is a plus.
Lean process improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a modern solution evangelist for AI, automation, and Microsoft 365.
Consult with business units to identify automation opportunities and design solutions.
Develop and deliver Power Platform-based automation and self-service tools.
Engage with vendors and the AI community to bring new capabilities to the firm.
Provide feedback to IT leadership on tooling and governance across Power Platform.
Promote standards for citizen development and identity workflows in Entra ID.
Drive adoption and best practices across Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Lead engagements with the business to improve processes and automate workflows.
