Job summary

Phoenix Technology Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to translate approved AI priorities into production-ready Microsoft 365 automation solutions. The role will initially serve as the firm's primary AI automation builder and is expected, over time, to mentor and train a junior engineer to expand delivery capacity.

You will design and deliver AI-driven workflows using Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook and Graph, while enforcing governance,

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of enterprise software engineering, automation, or solutions architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 automation and extensibility.
• Experience designing solutions in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, workflow design, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-driven workflow automation using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance for all solutions.
• Own quality, testing, and post-deployment support for delivered solutions.
• Mentor a junior automation engineer and establish best practices.
