Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and clarity; applying literature knowledge to evaluate writing; and recording findings in AI training tools for later analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, literature, education or related humanities field.
• Experience following detailed, multi-step instructions with accuracy.
• Experience teaching English or literature at relevant levels.
• Knowledge of literary analysis, writing conventions, grammar, tone and clarity.
• Hands-on use of Google Classroom, Gmail and Calendar for teaching/communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete realistic teaching-related digital tasks using AI assistant tools under standardized conditions.
• Follow detailed task instructions and grading guidelines accurately and consistently.
• Provide AI assistants with clear instructions and review outputs for accuracy, tone, grammar, and completeness.
• Evaluate and annotate AI responses based on language quality, literary appropriateness, clarity, and tone.
• Apply knowledge of literature, rhetoric, and composition to assess AI-generated writing.
• Use AI training tools and platforms to record findings and submit evaluation data.
• Draw on classroom experience to evaluate real-world teaching, communication, and coordination tasks.
