Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in the United States seeks an experienced educational evaluator to perform realistic teaching-related digital tasks using AI assistants under standardized conditions. You will follow detailed instructions and grading guidelines with precision and provide clear, well-structured feedback.

Responsibilities include reviewing AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and clarity; applying literature knowledge to evaluate writing; and recording findings in AI training tools for later analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, literature, education or related humanities field.
• Experience following detailed, multi-step instructions with accuracy.
• Experience teaching English or literature at relevant levels.
• Knowledge of literary analysis, writing conventions, grammar, tone and clarity.
• Hands-on use of Google Classroom, Gmail and Calendar for teaching/communication.
