Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions across the organization. You will manage a small AI Engineer team and occasionally flex into UX, front-end, and subject matter expert roles to build enterprise ML solutions.

You will mentor in technical development, ensure governance and compliance, and drive end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments while aligning with K12 and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML architecture and delivery.
• Experience designing and deploying production ML systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models across product lines.
• Oversee AI solution design, infrastructure, and deployment with IaC practices.
• Supervise 1–3 AI Engineers and flex contributors on projects.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and governance.
