Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is hiring an AI and Business Systems Intern to support the Business Systems team by building AI tools and documenting business processes. You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, process improvement, and the systems that support a manufacturing company.

The role involves designing Copilot agents, gathering requirements across departments, mapping processes, testing new systems, and presenting results to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in AI tools and how they can improve the way people work
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable learning new tools independently

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test 1-2 Microsoft Copilot agents that help employees work more efficiently

• Map current business processes for open Business Systems projects, documenting each step, handoff, and system involved
