Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Service Line Sales Specialist in AI, Analytics & Engineering to drive growth in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting and closing opportunities within existing accounts and new logos.

The role requires 12–15 years of consultative selling experience, managing a $25M portfolio, and deep knowledge of data engineering and analytics.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in consultative selling of data engineering, analytics and AI services/solutions.
• Manage an overall portfolio of $25M.
• Experience in Manufacturing and Automotive domains for 2+ years.
• End-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to negotiation/contracting.
• Close deals ranging from $1M to $5M.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, AI & analytics trends and capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to craft presentations and proposals.
• Self-drive, ownership of objectives; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Forge relationships with VP/CXO decision makers across IT and business teams in the Manufacturing and Automotive domains.
• Map client organization; build relationships and develop sales strategy for new business opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end lead generation, sales and RFI/RFP processes.
• Drive revenue by prioritization and leading multi-service line deals.
• Coordinate with account teams to align with the larger growth plan and deliver on revenue targets.
• Own negotiations and outsourcing discussions; highlight risks and issues to leadership.
