Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a data analytics professional to bridge model development and production deployment. You will use SAS, Java, SQL, and Python across on-prem and cloud environments to build scalable analytics workflows.

The role emphasizes automation, GenAI tooling, and cross‑functional collaboration with Data Scientists, IT and Business teams. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence several days a week and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years programming in SAS RealTime Decision Manager, Java, SQL and Python; OO and procedural paradigms.
• Experience with relational DBMS (like DB2).
• Experience implementing modern automation frameworks and AI-powered tooling such as Agentic AI.
• 1–2 years hands-on GCP experience including BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, etc. Agile, Waterfall and PDO methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement, validate, test, and productionalize predictive models and risk strategies across global platforms.
• Design and develop analytics solutions and integrate models using vendor tools and GCP services to build scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, business teams, and IT to transition models from development to production.
• Identify opportunities to introduce automation and GenAI tooling; develop proof-of-concepts to improve delivery.
• Provide data analysis, SQL/SAS/Python programming and on-demand reporting.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks for data comparison, summarization and reporting across multiple systems.
• Design and implement automated pipelines that support testing workflows, including legacy data sources.
