Ford Motor Company is seeking a results-driven software engineer to advance data analytics platforms, embedding Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows. You’ll own cloud and on-prem solutions, leverage Terraform for IaC, and drive secure, scalable full-stack designs in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
• 3+ years of experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot).
• 2+ years of experience with Python and/or Java.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 2+ years of experience authoring and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems for data analysis and decision-support.
• Design and maintain GCP infrastructure using Terraform, including environment promotion and state management.
• Champion AI-assisted software engineering with generative AI tools to accelerate the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical requirements and automated test suites.
• Create technical design docs, system architecture diagrams, and API specifications for scalable, secure full-stack systems.
• Build CI/CD deployment pipelines on GCP and implement automated security and IAM practices.
• Lead proactive problem management, RCA, and incident resolution to ensure high availability of analytics systems.
