Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Data Analytics professional to enhance measurement, reporting, and operational intelligence for our enterprise AI program. You will transform AI platform usage, adoption, and value data into insights for business and technology leaders, blending analytics, BI, AI operations, and FinOps reporting.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze large datasets, and partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements while improving data quality and dashboard

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics, BI, or data reporting experience.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for business reporting.
• Experience with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work in the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting for AI adoption, utilization, performance, cost, and value.
• Analyze AI operational data and translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Deliver executive and operational reporting that supports governance and investment decisions.
• Monitor AI consumption, cost, utilization, and token-usage across enterprise platforms.
• Support forecasting, FinOps reporting, and capacity planning for AI.
• Analyze adoption patterns and platform effectiveness across AI technologies.
• Develop trend analyses and forecasts to improve adoption and value.
• Gather and analyze data from enterprise systems to support reporting.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data quality for dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and dashboard usability.
