Qualificações

• 5+ years of analytics experience in healthcare or enterprise analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills including semantic modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL development, data transformation, and data integration across sources.
• Experience with Python, automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics products, dashboards, reports, and data solutions.
• Build and optimize Power BI models and reports using DAX and Power Query.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and backlogs.
• Lead feature-level solution design, visualization strategy, and data storytelling.
• Develop testing strategies, validate analytics outputs, resolve data quality issues.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools, Python, automation technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage analytics project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks while coordinating cross-functional teams.
