Qualifications

• BA/BS in quantitative or engineering; MS preferred.
• 2+ years in data/software/ML engineering or related field.
• Experience with data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Cloud experience; Databricks preferred; AWS or Azure broadly.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of complex, loosely scoped problems without guidance; exercise independent judgment.
• Write well-tested code and pipeline designs; provide technical guidance to other engineers.
• Act as SME within assigned projects; ensure test coverage and deployment quality.
• Coach less experienced engineers and contribute to process improvements.
