Qualifications

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience, hands-on builder
• AI agent background preferred (agent frameworks, LLM-powered products, voice AI a plus)
• Backend/full-stack strength
• Startup mindset with bias toward shipping over perfection
• Wants to grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Build the core of a new AI agent product end-to-end — backend and full-stack from prototype to pilot.
• Turn rough product direction into shipped features fast, iterating with real pilot customers.
• Make early technical decisions and set engineering bar as the team scales.
• Grow into technical leadership — mentoring, hiring, and owning architecture as we scale.
• Work hands-on with modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents, voice AI) daily.
