Job summary

Lingopal is seeking an early-career AI Engineer to join our founding team and Tech Lead on a new AI agent product. You will ship real features quickly and be encouraged to voice your own opinions about the product direction.

Ideal candidates are fresh grads or engineers with limited professional experience, who have a portfolio of projects and solid fundamentals, and are comfortable in a fast, ambiguous environment.

• Portfolio of projects, side-projects, hackathons, or open source involvement.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Own opinions on product and a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast, low-process environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across the stack on our new AI agent product.
• Prototype fast, learn from pilot customers, and iterate.
• Bring your own point of view on product direction; act like an owner, not a ticket-taker.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, agents, and voice AI, using modern AI coding tools daily.

About The Role
We're looking for an early-career AI Engineer — a fresh grad or someone with limited professional experience but an unmistakable passion for building. You'll work alongside our founding team and Tech Lead on our new AI agent product, ship real features quickly, and be encouraged to form and voice your own opinions about where the product should go.
