Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Principal Engineering Manager for the Copilot Agent Platform in the United States. You will lead a team building secure, scalable cloud-based agentic experiences for developers and organizations worldwide.

You will translate product strategy into a technical roadmap, drive reliability, security, and performance, and mentor senior engineers to foster an elite engineering culture. This is a remote, United States–based role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in software engineering with production delivery.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with large-scale services and agentic products.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate product goals into technical plans.
• Experience designing AI/ML-enabled production capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for agentic experiences.
• Lead a team of senior engineers to deliver scalable services.
• Collaborate with product, design, security and research to reduce ambiguity.
• Oversee reliability, incident response, and postmortem-driven improvements.
