Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to drive the modernization of our platform into an event-driven, agentic operating system. You will architect AI-native systems, design autonomous processes, and lead engineering efforts across product and design teams.

The role focuses on building with AI, orchestrating coding agents, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Located in the US; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Expertise in C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python.
• Strong REST API and microservices design.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and serverless in production.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for modernizing the platform into an event-driven agentic OS.
• Design and ship autonomous, event-driven agentic processes that solve real problems for the communities we serve.
• Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate delivery with guardrails and reviews for production-ready code.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams.
