Avelo Airlines seeks an Agent Manager to design, build, deploy, and govern AI agents powering data and operations. You’ll work across Fabric Data Agents, Fabric Operations Agents, and Azure AI Foundry to orchestrate multi‑agent workflows and ensure safe, queryable outputs.

You will define governance, evaluation, and human‑in‑the‑loop protocols while partnering with engineering and BI teams to deliver production-ready agents that scale with business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building and deploying AI-powered applications.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and governance practices.

Mansioni

• Design, build & own Fabric Data Agents and Fabric Operations Agents.
• Configure data surfaces and grounding constraints for agents; ensure accuracy and source attribution.
• Implement human-in-the-loop checks and safety protocols for production agents.
• Define governance, logging, and review cadence for all deployed agents.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to align agent outputs with semantic models.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
