Firecrawl is seeking an Agent Experience Engineer to own how agents discover, understand, and use Firecrawl. You’ll ship fast, run rigorous A/B tests, and translate learnings into better agent experiences for an audience that isn’t human.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering.
• Shipping high-quality products quickly, not just prototypes or decks.
• Comfort designing A/B tests and reading behavioral data.
• Familiarity with agent-facing surfaces: MCPs, CLIs, skills, APIs, documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship A/B tests across agent-facing surfaces to observe how agents use Firecrawl.
• Turn experiment results into shipped product improvements quickly.
• Track emerging agent tools, models, and harnesses to understand implications for Firecrawl.
• Form hypotheses about how agents discover and select tools, then test them in production.
• Operate independently in a space without a predefined playbook.
