You will own production, work across the stack, and engage with customers to challenge requirements and propose better solutions. The team values speed, ownership, and high-quality code.

Qualifications

• You have shipped and operated real production software.
• AI coding agents are part of your workflow, and you can still reason through unfamiliar systems and debug them.
• Move quickly without leaving a mess for someone else.
• Strong product judgment and deliberate technical tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Take important product problems from unclear starting points to shipped results.
• Use coding agents to move exceptionally fast while keeping work reviewable, secure, and reliable.
• Build across the stack wherever the product requires it.
• Inspect, debug, and improve both generated and human-written code.
• Talk to customers, challenge weak requirements, and propose better solutions.
• Own what happens in production.
