Benefits All In, a technology-driven healthcare cost optimization company near downtown Cincinnati, is hiring an AI Engineer to design AI-driven workflow automation systems and build scalable data pipelines. You will automate internal operations and client-facing processes using agent-based architectures and cloud infrastructure.

You will partner with business teams to identify manual processes to automate and rapidly prototype AI-powered tools to boost speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering technical solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Data extraction from spreadsheets, PDFs, and unstructured data sources.
• Salesforce integrations (APIs, automation, case management).
• Cloud infrastructure and scalable system design.
• Agent-based AI architectures and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflow automation systems.
• Build data pipelines to extract, transform, and normalize structured and unstructured data.
