Job summary

Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AI Agent Engineering & DevSecOps Automation Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI agents that automate control and execution functions across the enterprise. You will build secure, scalable agentic capabilities to improve software delivery and reduce manual effort for engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on Python and API development, experience with modern AI and LLM frameworks, and deep knowledge of DevSecOps, platform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

Designs and implements enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-prem domains.
Applies automation and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
Manages infra engineering projects aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues affecting infrastructure performance.
